Dueling Domain
Terms

Who we are
Dueling Domain is an unofficial fan project. You can reach us at support@duelingdomain.com.
These terms cover your use of the service during the alpha. By using it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
The alpha
Access is by invite, and the alpha is free. We are still building and testing it. Features may change, stop working or disappear. Drafts, decks, results and other data may be reset during the alpha. Keep your own copies of anything you want to save.
We can pause or end the alpha. An invite does not promise ongoing access, a finished product or a release date. You may run into interruptions while playing, including during drafts, tournaments and duels.
Your account
Use an accurate email address that you can access, and keep it up to date. You may have one account per person. Keep your password safe and do not share it. You are responsible for activity on your account. If you think someone else has access to it, contact us.
You must be at least 13 to use the service. If you are under 16 in the EU, you need a parent or guardian's consent. Do not create an account or use the service if you do not meet these requirements.
Playing fair
Play fairly and treat other players with respect. Do not cheat, exploit bugs, use automation or bots, harass anyone, impersonate someone else or choose an offensive username. Do not attack or overload the service, try to gain access to someone else's account or scrape the service.
If you find a bug, report it to us rather than exploit it or help others exploit it. Tell us what happened and what you were doing so we can investigate. These rules apply wherever you take part in the service.
Your content
You keep what you make, including your usernames, decks, cube lists and messages. We do not take ownership of your content. You give us permission to store and show it within the service so the service works. For example, other players in your drafts and duels may see content you share there.
Only upload or share content you have the right to share. Do not include someone else's private information without their permission. Your content must also follow the fair-play rules above.
Suspension and removal
We can suspend or remove accounts that break these terms. This may mean you lose access to the service and content stored in your account.
You can stop using the service at any time. You can also ask us to delete your account by emailing support@duelingdomain.com. Read our Privacy policy for information about your data rights and how to make a request.
Unofficial project
Card names, game rules and related marks belong to their owners. Dueling Domain is not affiliated with or endorsed by them. Using the service does not give you ownership of those names, rules or marks.
No warranty and liability
The service is provided as is, during an alpha, without warranties to the extent the law allows. We do not promise that it will always be available, work without errors or preserve your data.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses caused by using the service or being unable to use it. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under consumer law or limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws in force in Canada. Nothing in this section takes away consumer protections you have where you live.
Changes
We may update these terms as the alpha changes. We will update the date on this page when we do. We will email the waitlist or account holders about material changes. If you have questions about a change, contact us. You can stop using the service if you no longer agree to the terms.
